Apparently I have 148 posts before this, that is what my Blogger Dashboard says anyway. Maybe they include all the failed draft posts as well. Hmm. Anyway, exciting news! I'm sick. Probably the first time sick this whole year. I don't get sick too often. But now, my throat hurts, neck and body aches and super thick annoying phlegm, cannot tahan. Don't think I will be able to have my KFC Double Zinger tomorrow after church. Nuuuuu!!!

More exciting news! I'm half way through my third and final year. Imagine that. Graduating by middle of next year and start work and earn money! Save up to buy a house, propose to the girl I love, get married, have kids, go for vacations, grow old and die.. Okay baack up, went too far ahead. Lol.
And I'm very fortunate to be able to finish the second half of my final year in Adelaide. I pushed to go there, initially wanting to go there for a year. But due to the fact that I have to stay there during Christmas and New Year, which is like a 3 month break, plus the fact I fell in love with Hannah, I decided not to go. But now, I think it's appropriate, and I'm very excited to live on my own, and take care of myself with boundaries set by me. Proper boundaries I hope, but I'm not wild in that way, so I think I have nothing to worry about. Except maybe finances and food. Lol.

No turning back now, I'm going to Australia. I've sent money to the University of South Australia, in which I'll be studying at, duh! And I've got my Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE), where only after getting this will I be able to apply for my VISA. Due to my sickness yesterday and today, I wasn't able to do anything, and I know I missed a few calls from the agent who is helping me to do my VISA, sorry about that.

Going there is gonna cost a bomb. Why does the Australian Dollar have to be so freaking high now? It's like slightly more powerful than the US Dollar. Sigh. So far, I and a few friends have found a place for $150 a month which includes electricity, gas and water but no internet. I've been looking around for some ISP's in Australia who have good deals for unlimited broadband, knowing me, I'd use up most of data if it has a cap. And I think this place is gonna be my home for the next five plus months when I go in February.

I also found the perfect laptop. GEEK ALERT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! It is the MSI GE620DX Full HD. It features a 2GHz i7, 4GB x2 DDR3 RAM (8GB RAM!), 15.6" Full HD, GT555M with 2GB VRAM, and 750GB hard drive. Plus the usual webcam, bluetooth, wireless, HDMI, and USB 3.0. All for the price of RM3,299. I tell you, that price is a total steal for the specs they are offering. Can't wait to get my hands on it. There is a cheaper version of this laptop, which doesn't have a HD screen, but adding RM299 for it is definitely something I would pay for.

Lately, I've become addicted to Chatime and Snowflake. I have Hannah to blame. She brought me into all this! Heh. But it's time spent with her when getting these desserts I cherish so much. We've had our ups and downs, and we're making it through. Hopefully Australia won't break us. She tells me I have nothing to worry about, I guess I can't do anything about it anymore and have to just not worry. I'll be back for her for sure.

At Chatime Sunway Pyramid after her class.

Heh. I should get some rest. Not sure if my throat is getting better, or I'm more tolerant to the pain. Lol. X.X
Leaving this production video I did for my final assignment. Decided to post it up, it's not like I'm acting in it or anything. Lol.

Ohemgee. Almost 140 posts. Since 2006. So fail. Hello blogging world. Is blogging still an in thing? I think I have outgrown i tho for some reason. There was once a hype to blog. I think it has died. Not sure what I wanna write about anymore. Aaannnywaaayyy.

This is Hannah, sharing a large Pearl Milk Tea from Chatime at Sunway Pyramid. Mmmm.

She got me hooked on to many things. Chatime being one of them. Then there is also sushi. Sadly. These things don't come at to cheap a price. But oh well, every once in a while.

Nothing very interesting is happening at the moment. I bought a new Pair of converse about two weeks ago.

Not too bad. Only RM129. Off white, grey-ish color and brown. The only thing is that the shoe is shaped a little different than the basic converse I usually wear. The mouth area is higher and the back part his the back of my heel which causes a little friction and hurts after a while. I think I bought a size too big. Was desperate. :( But no worry. Still very much wearable.

Entourage has ended. How can a TV show ever end!

I think this is a very old pic. Turtle is still fat, and Ari isn't buff like in the later seasons. According to Wiki, it all started in 2004. I remember watching it when I was form 5. Maan, it has been a very long and good TV show that sadly comes to an end.

I'll end here. Good bye til the next blog post.

Sup. World. Miserable world. Lol. Emo.

It's currently 9:07am. My semester has ended but I'm at Taylor's. Why? Heh. Being an awesome boyfriend, thats why. Lol. Hannah is having her end of sem exam and I'm chilling here waiting for her to finish.

Currently writing this on my brand spanking new iPhone 4. Was a birthday gift from my mum. But I know that this 'gift' will come back and haunt me. Inevitable haunting to come.

I shall make this a geek post? Okay, go! First of all. The iPhone is way heavier than my iPod Touch. I'm basically gaining finger muscles supporting this up. The Retina display is a million times better than of my iPod. And on top of that it came with a clear screen protector which I'm beginning to like for it is so very clear. However there are some downsides to this clear screen protector. I really don't mind the glare. But the oil that gets stuck there is really unbearable. No matter how much is wiped off, it still feels oily. Ugh.

I think iPhones wifi capabilties are way stronger than of the iPod. And performance wise the iPhone wins hands down, in terms of battery and device lag. My iPhone was jiailbroken less than an hour after purchase to the latest firmware, 4.3.3. Restored from my backed iPod well I guess. As usual the jailbroken stuff will clash a little but I decided that was better due to the games I played on my iPod. Lol. But no issues nontheless.

Battery life is surprisingly good although friends have complained otherwise. I've been using my iPhone for the past hour non-stop. Wifi and music on. Surfing the internet and now typing this and it has only dropped 10ish percent.

This iPhone costs RM2400 from the Bangsar shopping complex Apple store. Fully unlocked with a free casing worth RM100. Never knew they sold fully unlocked phones at the Apple stores here. However my one year warranty still comes from Maxis.

Is the phone worth it? Its okay I guess. Only thing missing now is 3G which I don't have. So I have to rely on wifi whenever I wanna go online, meaning no whatsapp on the go, which blows a little. It's not so bad. I get to experiment with jailbreak apps that I never got to use on the iPod. And maan, I was missing out on a lot. Like bitesms and lockinfo. 2 amazing apps to compliment the iPhone. However with the incoming final release od iOS5, jailbreaking could just be used for free paid apps. I really think apple steals bits and pieces of jailbreak apps and includes them in their new OS releases. Boo! Cannot tahan how alike their updates are to jailbreak apps that have been around for so long. Why didn't you implement it in the first place eh, Apple?

So i guess thats about it. Here's a picture of my lockscree with lockinfo.

Niceee.

Yes. This Post #xyz as my title is ingenious. Now, not only do I not have to think of a post title, you readers (if any) would not know what I'm gonna be talking about! 2 pigs, 1 bird. That was an Angry Birds reference, which Hannah is really good at; truth.

Sup everyone. It's 4:45am. And I can't sleep. Was in bed at 3am. 12pm class tomorrow or rather later. I have myself to blame for this screwed up body clock as I played games till late during the past 2 weeks of mid semester holidays. So since I can't sleep, on top of that, feeling hungry, I decided to blog. How does blogging take away the hunger? It doesn't.

The feeling of having to go back to classes after a 2 week break with its assignments and weekly routines is nice. Its a love hate feeling. Lol. Weird?

What's happening in the world today? Some British royalty got married. Congrats? It was called the World Wide Wedding, for it was broadcasted live on YouTube. YouTube's with its latest feature of live broadcasting is really revolutionary. I'm not sure if it lets users broadcast live, like Justin.TV, but rather it has live broadcasting of popular events, which is awesome.

Also, Osama Bin Laden is dead! My thoughts on that? Not much. Lol.

Moving on.. I have a bunch of assignments to catch up for the holidays was really unproductive. I'm proud that I did get a bit done, but should've and definitely could've done more. This semester is fast coming to and end. The end of the semester marks many things, and how I stress upon the fact that time really flies.

For example, the end of the semester would mark almost 1 year since the Perhentian trip I went with my college friends. I wrote an epic blog post about it, with the most pictures I have ever posted, ever. I remember it so clearly as it was an awesome time spent with friends. Having said that, it will also mark a year of me and Hannah being together, as we got together 1 day before I departed for Perhentian. Ironically she was going for a holiday the next day too, and returning on the same day as me. Fate? Haha.

Hmm.

There's also a new product called the iJealous. I say this cos many people over the past month have gotten Apple products I wish I could own. Like Hannah and her 13 inch MacBook Pro, her dad who got the iPad 2, while she inherits the first generation iPad! Izz who got the 15 inch MacBook Pro, Amirul with his new iPhone 4. So when I go back to classes, I'll be surrounded by at least 4 iPhone 4's! HELP! Oh well. It's not so bad. Lol. I'll live with my 5 year old Pentium 4 Toshiba laptop, my Nokia 5220 XpressMusic and my 3rd Generation iPod Touch 32GB! Hahaha. Sigh.

Small note, recently took champion spot in a Call of Duty 4 tournament. It has been a while since the last competition.

Thats all I guess. Have to wake up in less than 6 hours. Should be enough sleep? Lol.

Yes. Thaat's the way. From now on, I shall title my posts as such, for I dread thinking up of a title because I write without much thought of what to write. It just comes, or doesn't come.

Time flies. I cannot help by mention that time and time again. My last blog post when I was still working, well to be fair it was almost the end of my work. And now, I'm in the 5th week of my semester, with another 8 more weeks to go. Flies I tell you, flies. Omgee. You know what else flies? Freaking cockroaches. I was cooking Indomee, and this cockroach came out of nowhere. I was on an awkward position for me to kill it, so I let it go, keeping an eye for my food. All of a sudden. It flew towards me. I freaked an ran the other direction. What on earth are you supposed to do against a flying cockroach? When all I had was the packet of seasoning I had in my hands. Help. Run.

This semester is rather okay. I've got a music/sound subject called Music Sound Studio. A lot of sound theory I'm sure my dad will be interested in, and me being clueless at. Heh. Miss you daddy.

Another subject is International Media Communication, where communication and media is analyzed in an international view. Pretty interesting but can get boring after a while.

Next is Advertising: Images, Industry, Audience or AIIA.We learn how to analyze advertisements and how new ways of advertising is emerging. All aspects of advertising are analyzed. Pretty good, but the lecturer repeats his jokes. 4 weeks in a row, same sarcastic jokes. But he does a good job of making the class less boring.

Speaking of boring classes. The last and final subject for this semester is Principles of Broadcasting. Foooh. Boring. It's the lecturer's fault really. He tells stories unrelated to the subject and goes on and on and on. A 15 minute presentation can turn to a 30 minute presentation due to his interrupts that rarely are about the subject at all. Oh well.

I'm up this late after completing my assignment. All mass communication students in our course are last minute people. Well not really, there are the exceptional hard working, do all work few days before kinda people. But it's all good.

Hannah just bought a Macbook Pro. Jealous. Haha. Always wanted a Mac, but I got a feeling the change is hard to get used to for a semi power PC user like me. Speaking of Mac, the iPad 2 looks good, 2 cameras, new CPU and graphics processor, thinner, lighter but no new screen resolution. Phail. Waiting for the iPad 3.

It's 4am. I think some are still trying to complete the assignment due 5pm Monday, 13 hours time. Dread Mondays by the way, due to the fact parking at Taylor's sucks so bad at 12pm. Have to part at some muddy super rocky place. Lousy.

Good night. Good morning?

An actual blogpost.

I'm hungry. Random fact of the moment.

Tomorrow will be my last day working at Apostrophe (for now?), which also marks the end of my year end holiday. Semester starts this Monday, oh how time flies. It would be my 4th semester, 2 more semesters and I'll be done with my degree! Can't wait for the semester to start.

Can safely say that working full time is a deadly cycle that isn't fun to do, except at the end of the month where the pay comes in. I think the only reason why I am still working is cos of the pay. It's quite a lot for my standards, being a student and getting a measly sum of allowance that can barely last me the month. Oh well, life, not much any of us can do about it. Except maybe having a hobby that gets you part time jobs that doesn't take too much time away from studies or the girlfriend to earn some good, extra pocket money.. Heh. Heh. Anyone with any ideas??

Anyway, I am blogging from work, if you're wondering. If you're not then I'm telling you! I don't have much to do. My job description is an intern anyway. The most I've done was the guest list for a 400 pax dinner, which was pretty hectic and interesting at the same time. There were a few late nights where I left work around 9 plus. And on the event day itself, we had dinner around 1am. Pretty interesting. The rest of the time of me working here, I've just been helping people out with delivering stuff, sourcing for stuff and lending a helping hand kinda thing.

Hmm. No new music out as of late. Really sad. Dubstep is the new in thing at the moment, but not my cup of tea. Occasionally finding a few nice ones to listen to.

On a tech note, iPad 2 coming out March 2. I feel like getting a new graphic card after a few friends bought new rigs, so jealous. Aaaannnd.. I want a MacBook. And a new rig. And speakers. AAAHH. Unfortunate to be poor. Lol.

The girlfriend is currently suffering at some Genting resort, as it is part of her Monash orientation for med school. Gonna be a though 5 years ahead. Heh. Won't go into details, but yeah.We have been together for 7 months! More to come, definitely. :)

Ok. Signing off now. Back to work.. So to speak.
